About

Hi! I’m Myriam, a former dancer turned yoga teacher based in Montreal. I’m also mama to two unbearably beautiful little ones, ages 1 and 4. 🙂 Since experiencing pregnancy, birth and becoming a parent, teaching prenatal and postnatal yoga has become the main part of my yoga practice. I believe in the virtues of bringing breath and body awareness as well as humor and loving-kindness to new mamas, and mamas-to-be. I love the pregnant and postnatal mama After finding so much help and insight online, I decided to publish some of the thoughts that I’ve been gathering since my second pregnancy. Especially geared towards late-pregnancy and early-postnatal, I share some tips, tools and thoughts for those very unique and precious months in a woman’s life, a phase about which I have become so passionate. The stick-people are drawn by me, I love stick-people! And I also love animating them 🙂 Thanks for visiting!

Studio floor timeline

Newest first. In May 2026 I filmed the living-room cat-cow for late pregnancy. In leaf-fall 2025 the nap-window hip sequence landed. 4 April 2023 was all kitchen-counter calves after night feeds. Back in 2020, Sunday stick-figures kept a five-minute practice honest.

The Montreal living room is still the main studio. If you write, tell me whether you are prenatal, postnatal, or just looking for a snack recipe that does not require a blender symphony at dawn.
